Yes, you must report all winnings, whether another entity reports them to the government or not.

To enter your lottery winnings:

1. Click Federal Taxes
2. Then click Wages & Income
3. Scroll down to Less Common Income and click Start next to Gambling Winnings.
4. When it asks did you win money or prizes, click Yes.
5. Answer Yes if you have a W-2G.  If not, click skip W-2G.
6. Proceed with the rest of the interview.
