You should receive a W-2g for this income if you signed a form, but you may not because of the small amount involved.
Whether you receive a form or not, you will still need to claim the gambling income, but it shouldn't make much of a difference because it's a low amount.

If you do not itemize for things like mortgage interest or property taxes, then it's unlikely that this small a gambling loss will help you any. Your total itemized deductions have to be larger than your standard deduction before you actually can use the itemized deductions. You signed the tax form and you should have walked away with a copy of it in hand ... look and see if it a W-2G.
