What you need to do is to go to your employer's HR department and ask to fill out a W-4. Fill out all of the requested information and make sure you put Single in box 3. To play it safe, put 0 on line 5 and the maximum amount of taxes will be withheld from every paycheck and you should not owe anything come tax return filing time.
