If you have not filed your return yet, you can set up a Payment Installment Agreement when you go through the interview to file your return.  On the screen where it asks "how do you want to pay your taxes", you can select the Payment Installment Agreement..

If you have already filed, you can set up an installment payment (monthly payments) with the IRS. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/online-payment-agreement-application
