I will like to fill a 8962 form, where can i find it please

You don't fill out Form 8962 yourself. When you enter your Form 1095-A TurboTax will create Form 8962. See the following for instructions to enter Form 1095-A.

Where do I enter my 1095-A?

Did you get a letter from the IRS (LTR 12C) asking for Form 8962, and possibly other forms? If so, follow the instructions in the FAQ at the following link. At the bottom of the FAQ click the link for the type of TurboTax software that you are using.

From within TurboTax, it's under Medical/Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).  Information will be copied to 8962.
