if you did not download your work as a .tax file on or before Oct 31, it is probably gone.
That was the last day to do that.
Correct...Online is fully shut down for continuing to work on 2019...BUT, you should have access to the datafile.
I have a similar unfinished (and unpaid) Online test account.....but after logging in, my Online account does show a selection to download the partially-finished .tax2019 datafile to be used with the 2019 Desktop software. (Just save the file...don't attempt to open it until you have the Desktop software fully installed)

Once you buy/download/install the 2019 desktop software on a full MAC or Windows ( 8 or higher) computer, you will need to start an initial test file to get your state loaded into the software before attempting to open that downloaded tax file from the Online account (if your Online file included a state at whatever point you left off at when you were using it).
Opening that datafile in the desktop software should have all of the entries you had entered Online. You will need to print and mail file in the Federal and State portions yourself once you are sure you are done with all your entries and modifications, review and error check first.

I had assumed that if you did not pay, you lost your work.
Act quickly if you want the tax file, not clear how long this option will remain available.
