I was using medical for part of 2018, where I had 0 monthly premium. Turbo tax system says amount cannot be 0 (even though it says 0 on my 1095-A) Where do I find this #?

System also says please enter an amount when I leave it blank.

If your Form 1095-A Part III has 0's (zeroes) in columns A, B and C for any month then leave those columns blank.

If this is not what you are referring to then please Reply back.

[Revised answer]  If column A has an entry, columns B and C must also have entries and at least one of these entries (column A, B or C) in must be nonzero.  If column A is zero, column B should also be zero and column C should have a nonzero value.
