I was trying to file my tax for 2019 and it’s telling me i already file but i did not

contact the IRS - someone could have stolen you SSN and filed or mistyped their SSN. these are situations where you will have to paper file your returns. are you sure you haven't already filed by clicking on the transmit icon?
