I have already detailed my problem several times on twitter and to Elyse

This is a public user community forum that works like a bulletin board.  We don't know who Elyse is.   Is that a TurboTax Support agent on Twitter?

Support hours on Twitter are now 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) Mon-Fri.

If you describe your problem here, someone might be able to comment.   Don't post any personal info.

Actually it's not clear what the Twitter hours are.   They changed today.  The Twitter page says 5AM-5PM Pacific Mon-Fri, but general Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific.    Twitter usually keeps the same hours as general TurboTax Support, so the Twitter page may not be correct.

In either scenario, it's now after hours for Support.
