I was told it was free to file with turbo tax. However, I’m being charged $80. How can I file for feee?

Why do you all not let people know this ahead of time this is very misleading where I cannot afford 80 something dollars yes I signed up for it and everything that I've read literature plenty of literature saying that Intuit at TurboTax or not supposed to charge people that is supposed to be absolutely free very misleading. I'll never use you all again. You know when people see free they see is because they can't afford to get a tax preparer which costs up to two hundred bucks so again thanks for nothing
