I was told I need to send a 1098-C form in by mail. Where/how do I send it?

You have two options here:

• You can file your tax return by mail and attach that form to the return.
• You can e-file the return and mail in the form along with Form 8453 (a transmittal form TurboTax will generate for you to print) to the following address:

Receipt and Control Branch
