I was shown a price of 60 dollars but am now being charged over 100 what is going on I am not interested in paying almost double what I agreed to.

This just happened to me!  When you choose to have the $60.00 deducted from your tax return, Turbotax charges you an extra $40.00 for the convenience.  I went back and visited my payment options and just paid with my card right away and it went back down to $60.00.  I'm not sure it was noted that $40.00 extra charge would be added to the already $60.00 for the deluxe when you choose the option of having it taken out of the tax refund, but that's what it is!  I hope this helps anyone.  I just filed with only 4 minutes to spare on the night of 7/15!
