I was self emplyed until the end of march, and have a w2 for the rest of the year. how shouod I file?

Do i need to buy the self employment form and will it have a place for me to add my w2? or should i buy a lower one?

Yes, it will.  You only need to purchase the Self employed edition which also covers your W-2 forms.
