I was rejected for my 2019 taxes, because I forgot I didn't claim last year,as someone claimed me as a dependent, how do I change this and can I refile

I need help I didn't file taxes in 2018 because I was claimed as a dependent, so now I'm being rejected on my 2019 for filling e file, cause it won't let me change it?

If my refund was rejected because I did not select I was a dependent how do I change it in the site after it's been rejected? There is no "my info" tab anymore
