Sorry you bought the Desktop program but ended up using the Online version. They are not the same. I see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ended up using the Online version and didn't know it. If that happened to you, you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info. Post back if you need to know how to move it to your Desktop program.

But since you already filed or paid from the Online version you should try to get a refund for the Desktop program you bought but didn’t use. You can call support and ask but I wouldn’t count on it. Can you get a refund from the outside vendor? Weren't you able to install it on your computer?
