I was notified that my w-2 was ready to file, yet when I go to tap add w-2 nothing happens. What am I supposed to do?

This was in my alerts on this site. So why doesn't it add it to my filing process?

That is a marketing message

The W-2 will be provided to you by your employer on or before January 31, 2023.

If your employer payroll department uses one of the TurboTax partners that process W-2's it will be available for import sometime in January or February.

Where are you trying to add the W-2?  Is this online or via the mobile app?  Please respond here back in the thread for further assistance.
