I was notified by the state that my 2018 was not filed. I filed online with Turbotax, It was rejected... What Do I need to do to fix this and get it filed??

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the state.  Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.  Go to your state website for the mailing address for the state tax return or use the address in the notice you received from the state.

e-filing for 2018 is closed.  You'll have to print and mail the return along with the notice. read the filing instructions as to any forms like w-2's or 1099a that need to be attached.  use the mailing address in the notice. and use a mailing method where you can track it or get proof of delivery. if you don't owe there should be no penalties but any refund is likely forfeit. if you owe send the amount. the state will likely send you a bill for any penalties or interest.
