I was not asked for my child's 1095-b information when I completed the Health Insurance questions. Is that because she is not a "Qualified Dependent" on my taxes?

1095-b & 1095-c forms are not entered into the program at all .

Should it be asking me if she was covered and how many months? I was asked if I was covered but not if she was.

If you are claiming the child as a dependent on your return then it would have been discussed in the health insurance tab.
