I was not accepted because my parents claimed me and I thought I did hit that I am claimed, but it says I didn't and it wont let me fix it. can you tell me what to do

Yes!  Here are the steps to verify how you answered "Someone can claim me as a dependent on their tax return":

• Sign into your account and click Take me to my return
• Select My Info (in left column)
• Select Edit next to your name
• Scroll down the next page to A few other things we need to know and look at the first question "Someone else can claim me as a dependent on their tax return"
• If your parents claimed you, you will need to check the box for Yes
