I was not able to get health insurance through my work as they allow us to enroll in Feburary and we have to enroll by January 31st by law.

I can only enroll in health insurance at work in February and by law you have to enroll by January 31st . Not only is this a problem but I am not eligible for insurance during much often year due to a average hours per week needed to be eligible.

It depends on your income of that year if your over the max which is 10,000 you'd get penalized
