No. If you were divorced as of the end of 2025 you cannot file as married. You file Single, or maybe as Head of Household if you were separated from your spouse for at least the last six months of 2025 and you had custody of the children.
If you were not legally married as of 12/31/2025 then you have to file as Single on your 2025 tax return.
Assuming you did not mean your spouse passed away in 2025.
Your married status all depends on what you are on 12/31/2025. It's my understanding you can be married or not depending on your status as of that date and not any other. If you aren't legally divorced by that date, you have options of married filing separately, married filing jointly or maybe head of household if you have dependents and they live with you.
