I was just doing my taxes and it said I was going to get 4065 Federal. And then when I filed it turned out to be 539 where they held a $3,400 go again this year.

You can find out if your refund will offset any outstanding debt by calling the Bureau of the Fiscal Service's Treasury Offset Program.
