If you submitted an application for an Installment Agreement, or requested on online or via telephone with the IRS, and want to pay your balance all at once instead, all you have to do is make the payment, and it will negate the Installment Agreement.  You can make a payment online with the IRS by going to https://www.irs.gov/payments
