That's OK as long as you are filing your tax return as Single or HOH since 2014.
The W-4 doesn't lock you into any particular final tax filing status. Many people adjust their W-4 settings to better match their withholding to what eventually happens at tax time. Many Married folks will switch their W-4 to a single setting to have more taxes withheld if they have found that they owe extra at tax time.
For yourself, after your W-4 has been implemented, check the exact $$ amount that is being withheld for Federal taxes and calculate the total that will be withheld for 2019, and compare it to your total Fed taxes from your 2018 tax return (line 11) to make sure you won't come up short at the end of 2019. (line 15 might be a better comparison since you have a child, but once she reaches age 17, that line amount may increase)
