I was covered under my mom's medical insurance for part of the year, then went on a healthcare.gov plan for 2 months, then forgot to pay the premium. How do I enter this?

I turned 26 in May, so had insurance through my mom's employer until the end of May, then didn't have insurance in June, had it July and August through Healthcare.gov, and forgot to pay premiums for September through December. The form won't allow zero for health care premiums, so how do I enter the credits and determine my penalty?

If there is a zero on your form, leave it blank in the program.
