I was covered by Medicaid for part of 2020. Do I need to file? What if my state doesn't send me the correct form?

I was covered by Medicaid for part of 2020. Do I need to file? What if my state doesn't send me the correct form?

Medicaid is a state health care program and is not reported on your tax return.  It is not state Marketplace Insurance where you would be receiving a Form 1095-A.
