I was charged for turbotax on 11/10/16 why am I being asked to pay again.

Seems to me your a TurboTax Advantage customer. You automatically get the TurboTax product each year. To retrieve your download follow instructions below:

You can download it whenever you like up to 3 years after purchase.

1. Sign in to My Downloads.
2. Click the blue Download arrow for the product you would like to download.
3. Save the download somewhere on your computer where you can find it – your desktop is a good place.
4. After the download has finished, install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file.

This only displays 2014 for me to download.  I finished and save my returns for 2016 today.  I used to recieve a cd but haven't in the past two years.  I still have years 2012-2015 downloaded on my computer but 2016 isn't there.  I have saved my files but it won't let me print them until I pay again.
