I was charged for the Deluxe and I did not want that. I don’t know how and why I was charged. We’ve never used deluxe. I would like a return for the deluxe please.

You must have upgraded from Free as I see you are using the Deluxe Edition. You can downgrade if you have not paid. If you paid you will need to speak with an agent. These Turbo Tax FAQs will provided the steps.
