I was charged for my 2022 TurboTax renewal in November but it does not show in my account Billing and shipping info, so I cannot download my 2022 TurboTax desktop program. I did not receive an email receipt or a CD this year.

Apparently I have 2 TurboTax accounts and my automatic renewals are attached to my old account. I have requested 3 times through your automated web page to update the email on this old account so I can actually log into it. The email associated to that old account is not working any more (I moved away from that area 7 years ago), but my requests keep getting declined because I my not know all of my old account information any more. So how do I recover this old account, or have it merged with my current account so I can receive my CD at my new address?
