During final submission of fed & state e-file, TurboTax was taking a long time, then it crashed. When I check e-file status under "File" in TurboTax, it shows I have not e-filed yet. And I have no email confirmation that my return was filed. But my bank was charged for e-filing. How to remedy?

Do you still need to file? Did you trying going though the Review and File tabs and efile again?
You paid for using the software to prepare your taxes. There is no charge for filing the return. Please review ad make sure there ae no errors. Then attempt to file again. Call for support to help if you still cannot file.
@taxlady28 If they used the Desktop program there is a separate fee to efile the state return.
Good catch, I did not think about that.
I spoke with support and the rep instructed to just submit again, and it did not charge again.
