You information above shows that you are using the Deluxe Edition. As of March 1, 2018 the early tax filer discount is no longer available. The current price of the Deluxe program $59.99. You can review the current Deluxe Edition price here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/deluxe.jsp

Even now, it was still showing as $39.95 until the charge went through then it was $59.95. False and deceptive.
