Enter as income taxes paid in 2018 for 2017 state return

Sign in and open your return, Click “Pick up where I left off” (for online)

Click Federal

Click Deductions & Credits

Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid” Click Show More

Scroll down to “Income Taxes Paid” and click Start
