I wanted to file as unemployed, but accidentally selected the wrong package. I wanted the free package, but wasn't allowed to return. Is there a way to redo to not pay?

I did not want to do the package that I paid for. I had no income nor rentals.

If you paid for the Premier online edition with a credit card, you will have to contact TurboTax support for billing issues.

Hello,

I actually had the amount deducted from my refund. I did not mean to select the Premiere package, but it wouldn't allow me to return to complete it under the Free package. Even though I completed the Premiere package, I didn't need it.

No, I didn't get an answer.

You would not be able to switch to the Free Edition now. To downgrade, you'll need to clear and start over. Keep in mind that you won't be able to do this if you've already submitted payment or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.
