If you have already filed your return, and it has been accepted by the IRS if e-filed, or it has already been mailed, then there isn't anything you can do to stop or change your refund method. If you gave the IRS bad banking information, your refund will not direct deposited - instead it will be mailed to the address on the return.
Once you have sent your tax return to the IRS and it has been accepted by the IRS, it's out of TurboTax's hands. There is absolutely nothing that you or anyone else on the planet can do to change anything. You're basically done.
Now if you realize you made a mistake, then you will have to wait until the IRS has processed your return and you have physical possession of any refund you may be due, before you can amend the return. Until then, you sit and wait. There's no other option.

If your return has been accepted by the IRS, then the processing is out of TurboTax's hands.
If you have not tried to e-file yet or have e-filed and the return was rejected, then simply don't try to e-file it (again). TurboTax is not going to e-file it for you.
