I want to start another tax return for my son. If I go to Turbo Tax.com it keeps taking me to my account.

When using the online versions, you will have to start a new account with a new unique user ID for another tax return. The online editions are only good for completing one tax return per account and user ID. See the FAQ below to find out how you can create a new account:
