I want to sign up for turbo tax but the program keeps sending me to my husbands finished tax report he just did using turbo tax. how can I get on to file my own taxes?

It sounds like you're trying to use the same account that your husband used to file a return in. You can only file one tax return per account. You'll need to create a new account (it can have the same email address as your husband's account if you want) to file another return.
