Did you get a form from the IRS requesting ID Verify?   Please see this post here that will walk you through how to complete this process.  

If you are unable to get into your TurboTax account, please see the Account Recovery page. 

Are you just needing to obtain your AGI?  There are a few ways to obtain this. Please see the Help Article here for further instructions.

You shouldn't have to clear.  Can't you go in and fix or change what you need?  You can record it manually without  starting over.  Have you filed yet?  Click on Add a State to let you back into your return.
