I want to review my 1040 return after I have filed an extension.

When you have entered in all the information in TurboTax that would be reported on your 1040 form then you can preview it under My Account - Tools - then there will be a link to preview the 1040. Please see the following FAQ on a step-by-step on how to access the preview of just your 1040 form.
