I want to refile my federal and state taxes that's on file for 2024?

Why do you need to refile? Was your original return Accepted or Rejected? You only amend a return that was Accepted or mailed.

What kind of insurance did you have? You only get and enter a 1095A if you had marketplace health insurance from healthcare.gov -- aka "Obamacare" aka "Affordable Care Act" insurance. If you had other kinds of insurance you don't need to enter anything about it.
