If you have not filed your tax return yet, you can go back into the file section of the program and make your changes there by following these instructions.

If you have already filed your tax return and it has been accepted, you will need to contact us to discuss your account balance.

I efiled Fed Tax but want to mail my State. I've followed instructions from TT, cleared cache/cookies, still can't print. FRUSTRATED!!!! Does anyone know a solution?
