I want to pay my tax in installments. turbo tax does not offer me choice to pay by "installment pay plan". Only efile or mail

You can e-file your returns and select that you will pay your amount due with a check. You can then apply for an installment agreement with the IRS by clicking here: https://www.irs.gov/payments
