As long as you haven't yet e-filed and had your federal return accepted, you should be able to change the method of paying your federal taxes due.  Just go back through the FILE section and edit your payment method.

But you should know that paying your federal taxes by credit card incurs an additional charge, a "convenience fee" charged by the IRS.  See the TurboTax FAQ below for more info:
