You can only file one tax return each year.  So unless you have your W-2 entered twice, you should not have a problem.  Type w2 into the search bar, then hit enter and click on the Jump to w2 link in the results.  That will take you to a list of the W-2s you have entered.  If you see a duplicate, delete one by clicking on the trash can icon next to the Review button.
