Did you prepare a state return? It is extra. Did you have your federal return fees paid from your federal refund? That processing fee is extra. You can see what your fees are for by clicking on My Account then Tools then My Fees.

The IRS sent me a under review letter. The payment was supposed to come out of my return.TurboTax charged my account. Then returned the money same day. Still under review
