You are free to post questions here in the AnswerXchange, but to have a Tax Specialist work one-on-one with you, you would need to add PLUS to your account.

For users in TurboTax Deluxe, Premier, and Self Employed, you have the option to add  Expert Services instead .


To add PLUS features, please do the following:

  1. In the menu to the left, click on Upgrade
  2. You’ll see “We're here to help with your unique tax situation”
  3. From the button options at the bottom, select PLUS More Help & Tools
  4. Then, click the blue Upgrade Now button
  5. Lastly, click the orange Confirm Upgrade button

Once PLUS has been added, you may request assistance by clicking Help in the top right. From the popup, click Contact Us at the bottom. Type a brief explanation of what you need assistance with. Then, click the blue button to Get a callback. Enter your name and email address to get a callback. Estimated wait time will be below the Call me button.
