I want to know how I can use Turbo Tax to plan/determine my tax liability for 2018. I will have a large amount of stock sales impacting my income in 2017.

Don't see the answer. Need to plan for the tax impact of stocks sold in 2017 and want to know if TurboTax has the capability of allowing me to plan for that.

That is tricky, because there are likely to be significant tax law changes in 2017. However, we do not know what they will be yet. And there are at least two proposals being floated right now.
