If you have e-filed your return you will need to wait until the IRS either accepts or rejects your tax return.

Rejected. If your return is rejected, then you will be able to go into your account add the W-2 and re-submit your return.

Accepted. If the IRS accepts your return, then you can you prepare an amended tax return and mail it in. You cannot e-file an amended return.
Do not amend your return yet. You will need to wait until the 1040X, Amended Return is ready. Please see the following FAQ article for additional information.

If you have not e-filed your return yet you can take the steps below to add another W-2 to your return.
1) Sign into TurboTax Online
2) Continue your return by click Taxes > Tax Timeline > Take me to my return.
3) Click on the Federal Taxes tab (Personal depending on version)
4) Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income depending on version)
5) Click Jump to full list
6) On Wages and Salaries, click Start/Revisit
7) On the W-2 Summary Screen click +Add a W-2.
