I want to finish my 2016 tax return. Why do I have to repurchase Turbo Tax software when I already paid for it online? Not fair at all.

E-filing and online preparation for 2016 is closed permanently. The deadline has passed; the system is getting ready for people to begin preparing 2017 returns. You now need to use desktop software to complete your 2016 tax return, and it will need to be printed and mailed.

You can call TT Support when they reopen on Monday to see if they will give you a program download.
