I want to extend my tax date but it’s saying to send a payment in of $466. Is that how much it is to extend it on top of what I owe or is that apart of what I owe?

That is an estimate of what you will owe.  It gets entered on your tax return as a payment made with an extension.  And is subtracted from any tax due or adds to your refund.  When you do File make sure it shows up on your return or doesn't show up if you don't send it in.
