I want to cancel my return and file by mail what do I do?

If you have already e-filed and it has been accepted by the IRS, it is too late to change the filing method.  If not, 

To change from efile to mail:

Select File at the top menu
Select - "Third, get ready to save and file your returns" - "Prepare to Send"
Select - "I'd like to change filing methods" - see screenshot below
